Numarine has launched hull number 18 of the 37XP series, christened Orpheus, along with hull number 14 of the 26XP explorer series. Additionally, hull number 14 of the 32XP series, christened Ray, is scheduled for delivery in the near future.
“Once again, the XP Series cements its position as one of the most successful and sought-after ranges in the superyacht industry. We offer an extensive lineup of explorers to suit every taste and preference from 22 to 47 meters in length. Our yachts stand out for their stylish design, spacious and light-filled interiors, ample tender storage, performance, noise reduction, and more,” commented Ömer Malaz, Chairman of Numarine.
All three models were developed in collaboration with Numarine’s long-time partners. The explorer yacht's naval architecture was penned by Umberto Tagliavini, while Can Yalman was responsible for both the exterior and interior design.
Numarine 37XP Orpheus
Orpheus blends a sleek and distinctive design with thoughtfully engineered functionality. Featuring a full-displacement steel hull and composite superstructure, the 37-metre explorer yacht is currently the largest in the fleet until the 40MXP launches in July 2025.
The vessel offers expansive interior volumes and multiple social areas. Natural light floods the main deck saloon and staterooms, thanks to her large panoramic windows. At the stern, her beach club comes with a swim platform and an interior lounge at water level. Generous outdoor spaces further elevate the onboard experience. One of the Orpheus' standout features is her wide-body flybridge that stretched nearly 10-metres, offering 83-square-metres of open-air leisure space.
With a volume of 362 GT, the yacht offers accommodation across seven staterooms, including a master suite on the main deck and a spacious upper deck suite featuring an aft-facing bed, often selected by owners as the primary cabin. The terrace serves dual purposes: acting as tender storage while underway, and transforming into a spacious outdoor deck for sunbathing, relaxation or entertaining once the tender is launched.
In terms of performance, the Orpheus boasts an impressive range of 6,000 nautical miles at 8 knots and 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots, with a top speed of 14 knots. Its efficient displacement hull delivers outstanding seakeeping, manoeuvrability and onboard comfort, making it well-suited for extended offshore and global cruising.
Numarine 32XP Ray
Introduced in 2017 to embody the brand’s philosophy of “rugged autonomy paired with refined design,” the 32XP was the first model in Numarine’s XP series. At 32.6-metres, the steel-hulled yacht features a bold, purposeful profile and long-range capability of 4,000 nautical miles, making it ideal for adventurers seeking off-the-grid destinations.
Onboard, Ray can accommodate up to 12 guests across six spacious cabins comprising a full-beam master suite. Further accommodation is also provided for up to six crew members. Her interior and exterior spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large flybridge complete with Jacuzzi and a well-equipped beach club. Low noise and vibration levels ensure a serene atmosphere throughout the vessel.
Numarine 26XP/27
Though smaller in scale, the 26XP/27 retains the explorer DNA of her larger sister yachts. Her “modern and almost futuristic” design is defined by angular lines and a vertical bow, all wrapped around a highly efficient displacement hull. A shallower draft gives the 26-metre yacht access to more remote or shallow cruising grounds.
The 26XP/27s standard layout consists of four guest suites located below deck, with the master suite located amidships. This generous suite includes a king-sized bed, a study area, a lounge and a large bathroom. Two VIP suites and a twin suite provide additional accommodations.
The saloon features full-height windows and a smart layout with a cosy lounge and indoor dining area adjacent to the galley. A section of the large saloon windows opens to create a floating balcony over the sea. On the bow, a trio of built-in settees create a private relaxation area.
Her standout features include a spacious 70-square-metre flybridge, equipped with a second helm station and an alfresco dining area partially enclosed by the radar mast. Meanwhile, the aft section is a completely open sun lounge. The area also has a space to store a 3.5-metre tender.
Numarine focused extensively on reducing onboard noise and vibrations in collaboration with Silent Line for cutting-edge acoustic insulation to ensure comfort on extended journeys.
Performance-wise, the displacement version of the 26XP/27 reaches a cruising speed of 9 knots and a top speed of 13.5 knots. A planning version is also available. Additionally, owners can choose to add solar panels and 80 kW lithium batteries to support hotel loads sustainably.
