Are you a recruitment agency?

No. Crew Pages is an online platform that connects recruiters with maritime professionals from merchant / offshore, cruise, yacht and river cruise industries.

Do I have to have experience in sailing in order to make my profile?

That's the best part! Here at Crew Pages, we welcome both experienced mariners and the ones who are just getting started.

Will my profile be the last one to be shown, as I have little experience?

No! We've developed a fantastic search system that shuffles all CV's so that everyone has the same chance of being noticed by potential employers.

Do I need to send you my CV?

At Crew Pages, every CV is unified to look the same so that employers can choose the right person for a job no matter how their CV looks. You can make yours in a few simple steps.

What should I include in my profile?

The more information you have, the better! At Crew Pages, you have the possibility of adding all certificates you finished, as well as all additional education and courses you completed so that you can showcase well your skills to potential employers.

Can I apply for a job with my significant other?

Yes! Visit your profile, send a merging request to your significant other's profile, and you are all set! You will be shown as a couple to all the employers, and you can apply to board as such.

Can I cancel my merging request?

Yes, you can cancel your merging request and set back your profile to show only you by ….. or contacting our Support center.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you can visit your profile, select "Deactivate my profile, " or contact our Support center.

Can I switch to the other types of vessels after selecting my preference?

Yes. You can explore other industries as well and apply to jobs that suit you best. All you have to do is visit your profile, and under preferences, choose a different industry, or contact our Support center.

How do I know that the company I'm applying for is safe?

The safety of our members is our top priority, that's why we ask all companies to register before being able to post jobs or contact anyone on the platform. This is how we ensure that our members will not be involved in human or drug trafficking by false advertising.

Can I apply for more than one job?

Yes, once you've signed up to the website, you can apply for any job you find most suitable for you.

Can I choose when to board?

Yes, while creating a profile, you can set at what time you will be able to accept the request for boarding. The boarding date is optional but not guaranteed.

Can I apply for a job if I already have one?

Yes. You can notify the potential employer about your commitments and inform them about your availability. This option is confidential and will not show to your current employer.

Am I guaranteed to get a job?

Crew Pages do not guarantee their members that they will be employed. We are an opportunity platform that connects maritime employers with professionals from this industry.

What happens after I get a membership?

Once you sign up for Crew Pages, you will be able to generate your CV with all certifications, and additional information included. You will also see all job posts from employers and gain access to exclusive blog posts written by captains, HR directors, recruiters and other maritime professionals.

How long will it take to find a job?

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee a timeline during which you will be able to find a job. But, we can promise you that you will gain equal visibility with all other members, no matter their position, experience or pay range.

Do you keep my personal information private?

Yes. All information you share at Crew Pages is confidential.

Can my current employer see my profile?

No, but only if you choose so. You can select the option “Hide my profile” in order for your profile not to be shown publicly. This will allow you to browse jobs and apply to them, and your profile will only be visible to the employers who posted the job you applied for.

Can I pause membership without deleting my profile?

Yes. You simply visit your profile and select “Pause my membership”. Your profile and all information you’ve entered will stay as they are, but you won’t be able to apply to new jobs, or to see them being posted.
