An exciting opportunity for a Rotational Stew (3:1) to join a 50m+ private M/Y. Vessel will be cruising parts of Central/South America for fishing, surfing and diving expeditions. For this reason candidates who are experienced with surf, diving, sailing or fishing will be prioritised.

The position will start in Central America. B1B2 in hand is essential.

The vessel is currently located in Florida, and will be travelling to the Bahamas for a 10 day Thanksgiving trip with the owners. The candidate must have experience with Asian cuisines, preferably traditional Chinese cuisine. Japanese, dumplings, dim sum, soups, noodles etc.

This newly build 30m is looking for a CHEF to join their new team, with an exciting and adventurous itinerary ahead, we are after someone physically active and passionate about their surroundings.

We will consider a figure who enjoys sailing, and whom predominantly has shown commitment and longevity in their previous roles.

The right candidate must be responsible for creating light, Mediterranean-style meals with a focus on fresh salads, clean flavours, and high-quality ingredients.

Must be passionate about food, enjoy engaging with the owner about menu planning, and be comfortable keeping a detailed record of ingredients and dishes served. Capable of provisioning globally, maintaining a clean and organised galley, and adapting to remote locations.

The team is predominantly in their 30's early 40's, along with their young owner who also gets very involved on deck and really enjoys very much the sailing aspect of his yacht. The purpose of this boat is to be a racer cruiser, with many miles covered under sail, private yacht with a busy race schedule for next year.

We are looking for a FIRST MATE to join a 40m+ sailing yacht, with a winter itinerary down islands around the West Indies, owners Christmas trip followed by some other trips around the West Indies.

Ideally searching for a candidate who has started or is aiming for their OOW, responsible and passionate about yachting and organised enough to run a small team.

Driven by a tight knitted crew, who have long standing longevity onboard this is a great private program to be part of. With a lovely owner to work for, who provides a nice and relaxed dynamic on his vessel, with mostly repetitive sets of guests bringing a family atmosphere at all times.

This program offers good annual increases and longevity bonuses, so do not be discouraged by the little leave package on offer!

8. 50m SY. 2nd Engineer/Deck MEOL. € 5000 per month. 42 days leave per year. Currently in a lengthy refit. Due to the dual nature of the role, a candidate with MEOL / Yacht master Offshore ticket is required, in addition to the standard STCW safety and medical certificates. An ideal candidate has an interest in sailing, experience working aloft, driving jet-tenders and onboard maintenance.
