Vessel Details:
・A newly built 40m motor yacht is currently seeking a Sole Chef to join their crew ASAP in the Mediterranean! ・The yacht has recently completed her Caribbean season and has just arrived in the Med before commencing the season in June. ・The yacht operates a busy dual-season private and charter program with a great owner and already has multiple summer charters confirmed, alongside owner usage planned throughout July and August.
Role Overview:
・This is an exciting opportunity to step into a busy and professionally run new-build program as the yacht enters its first full Mediterranean season. ・The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the galley operation, delivering high-quality guest dining alongside well-balanced crew food throughout both owner trips and charters. ・The role would suit a calm, organised, and adaptable Chef who enjoys operating within a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistently high standards across varying styles of service.
Requirements:
・The yacht is ideally looking for an experienced Sole Chef with previous time onboard similar-sized yachts and confidence managing a busy private and charter galley independently. ・Exceptional Sous Chefs with strong references who are looking to step into their first Head/Sole Chef role will also be considered. ・Strong charter experience would be highly advantageous given the active program ahead. ・The package includes 60 days leave per year, full medical insurance, a salary in the region of €8,500 per month, and a discretionary 13th month performance-based bonus. ・Start date: ASAP!
We are searching for a Skipper & Cook/Stew Team to join a 19 mtr Privately owned Sail Yacht. Build is a HALLBERG-RASSY Skipper must be certified to Yacht master 200gt minimum with good engineering knowledge. Stewardess with cooking skills. Good "Home Style" cooking. Owners usually eat onshore. However, there will be times that you will be asked to cook for the owners. Therefore must be confident in the galley. ・A 50m private motor yacht is currently seeking a Second Stewardess to join the interior team for an immediate start in Italy. ・The yacht operates a well-run private program with lovely owners and a strong sense of longevity throughout the crew onboard. The vessel will spend the summer cruising the Mediterranean, including upcoming trips through Greece and Croatia, before heading towards the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Florida for the winter season. ・The yacht runs with a multinational crew onboard.

Ideally by the end of this week for the HOD’s All these positions are permanent and non rotational (Possibly 5:1 to be discussed) The boss and his family are lovely people and they have owned yachts for a long time. They will use the yacht during 3 or 4 months a year. Owner likes to treat crew well.
Requirements for all crew: -STCW, ENG1, Valid Passport for at least 6 months and great checkable references. Must be keen to commit long term. Very high standards need to be kept at all times. True team players.
*Water sports Deckhand:
Confident with large tender experience for 45 foot chase boat.
Able to teach children age 10 all sorts of water sports. Kids will want to be helping with day to day operations as well
