Heesen 55m Steel superyacht Solemates delivered

Heesen Yachts has announced the delivery of the 55-metre steel superyacht Solemates. Previously known as YN 20655, she was handed over to her experienced owner on 30 April 2025 following successful sea trials in the North Sea.

Launched as the latest addition in the Heesen 55m Steel series, Solemates is the second Heesen yacht for her owner. She was sold in the summer of 2024 and was represented by Rupert Connor of Luxury Yacht Group.Based on the yard’s Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF) developed by Van Oossanen Naval Architects, and styled by Omega ArchitectsSolemates features interior design penned by Luca Dini Design & Architecture.

Considerable customisation was achieved in collaboration with Silvia Margutti of Luca Dini Design and ArchitectureHeesen’s in-house team, and the owner’s long-standing representatives. “The latest Solemates reflects an evolution of an already great product,” said Rupert Connor of Luxury Yacht Group. “Whilst most changes from the previous model are minor the cumulative effect across the entire platform have resulted in a significantly better yacht.”

With a gross tonnage of 760 GT and a steel hull optimised for efficiency, Solemates is suited to long-range cruising. Onboard, the layout and interiors have been tailored to meet the owner’s lifestyle, with a particular emphasis on family life and social connection. Key features onboard Solemates include a vibrant colour scheme with bright accents, a redesigned main staircase with acrylic panels embedded with gold flakes and crystals and an enlarged sundeck with a Jacuzzi and expanded lounging area.

She will also be available for select charters through Luxury Yacht Group.
