Viken Group appoints Anna Silvesjö as new CEO

Viken Group has announced Anna Silvesjö as the new Chief Executive Officer. Previously holding the position of Partner and Group Chief Financial Officer, Silvesjö will focus on expanding in new market segments, strengthening client partnerships and enhancing employer branding.

Viken Group comprises Tillberg Design of Sweden (TDoS), Hot Lab and Thalia Marine, with services spanning from concept development to delivery within the cruise ship, superyacht and refit sectors.

“Viken Group will continue to expand into new market segments while deepening partnerships with clients through our on-brand design philosophy,” explained Silvesjö. “Our design solutions align with each client’s brand identity, culture, and target audience.”

A key focus of Silvesjö’s role will be the ongoing development and expansion of Navigator, Viken Group’s integrated, productised service platform.
