Compass Rose Crew are currently recruiting for a:

Chief Engineer 40+m Private M/Y Contract Type: 2:2 Rotation

We are currently recruiting for an Engineer to join a 40+ M/Y with a private program. This role would suit a hands on Engineer who is friendly, easy to work with and thrives as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be a logical thinker and strong problem solver with solid experience in AV/IT systems. Experience working in shipyards, managing surveys and coordinating technical projects is essential. They should be organised, proactive and confident in their abilities as an Engineer and also have experience using planned maintenance systems. Excellent references are essential with proven career longevity.
