Eurek-Art is the name of the new collection of artistic handles for boats launched by F.lli Razeto & Casareto at the Genoa International Boat Show, held from September 18 to 23. Handmade by designer Giangi Razeto, the handles form a collection that interprets the essence of luxury as uniqueness and unrepeatability. Each handle is a custom piece, capable of telling a story and transforming from a functional object into an artistic element.
The Eurek-Art collection takes shape, starting from a classic handle model, treated as if it were a blank canvas or a block of marble to be sculpted. Using artisanal techniques involving grinders, flames, hammers, and oxidations, the surface is worked until it becomes an artistic medium carrying the same energy as Razeto’s sculptural experiments.
Eurek-Art handles stand out for a beauty that transcends a simple onboard object: their irregular surfaces and shifting reflections evoke the play of light on the sea, turning every detail into a fragment of seascape. To the touch, the material reveals a unique sensory depth, combining technical solidity with poetic lightness. These handles do more than complete a yacht’s décor; they enrich it with exclusive aesthetic value, like jewels designed for those who see sailing as a total experience of style and beauty.
Eurek-Art was also born out of a dialogue with the images of Claudio Colombo, a renowned photographer who captured the seascapes of the Maldives in the exhibition “The Breath of the Sea,” inaugurated at the Genoa Boat Show alongside the handle collection’s debut. That subtle line dividing sky and sea, air and water—long a source of inspiration for Razeto—suggested a poetic vision: handles as relics from a shipwreck returned by the sea, silent guardians of memories and stories.
It is no coincidence that the collection was presented at the Ligurian boat show through a unique installation: eight photographs by Claudio Colombo were placed in dialogue with eight Eurek-Art handles, suspended face-to-face in a narrative composed of impressions, atmospheres, and memories. An installation that conveyed the most intimate and artistic dimension of yachting, weaving together art and functionality, technique and poetry.
With the Eurek-Art collection, F.lli Razeto & Casareto reaffirms its role as an outstanding partner for shipyards worldwide, once again expanding the boundaries of nautical design. The new line of handles represents the synthesis of more than a hundred years of tradition and innovation, where onboard hardware becomes a cultural, artistic, and symbolic expression. For over a century, F.lli Razeto & Casareto has been synonymous with innovation and quality in the production of technical hardware and onboard handles for boats, yachts, superyachts, and commercial vessels. The new Eurek-Art collection confirms the company’s position as a benchmark in the highest levels of nautical accessory design.
