SYR Shoreside Maritime Recruitment appoints Alisha O’Flanagan as Head of Technical Recruitment

SYR Shoreside Maritime Recruitment has announced the appointment of Alisha O’Flanagan as its new Head of Technical Recruitment. Alisha O’Flanagan's specialisation lies in the highly skilled realms of vessel design, naval architecture and maritime engineering – fields in which she has successfully placed talent with some of the industry’s most prominent players.

In her new role, she will be responsible for expanding SYR’s established presence across the technical sector in both the UK and mainland Europe. Her arrival marks a key development in the company's ongoing mission to remain at the forefront of specialist recruitment for the maritime industry.

Already renowned for their expertise across both technical and non-technical recruitment, SYR has built a reputation for serving clients in yacht brokerage, management, design, engineering, marina operations and skilled trades.
