Yachts attending the Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta 2025

The 2025 edition of the Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta organised by the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda (YCCS) returns to the waters of Porto Cervo, Italy, from 27–31 May 2025.

Among the highlights is the 19th edition of the Southern Wind RendezVous and Trophy, which will once again run alongside the regatta. This year, the event will host its largest fleet yet, with 15 yachts gathering in the surroundings of the La Maddalena archipelago.

Within this fleet, Sørvind by Giorgio Armani takes centre stage. The Southern Wind 105 has been chartered by the fashion house and will race in the Corinthian Spirit Class, a new initiative introduced for the 2025 event to encourage spirited racing among superyacht owners who choose to keep their yachts in cruising configuration. To strike a perfect balance between performance and the pleasure of sailing, five Southern Wind yachts will participate under this popular formula. Racing will begin on 28th May and continue through 31st May.

An additional five Southern Wind yachts will join the RendezVous programme, designed by the shipyard to celebrate the joy of sailing in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere. Moreover, the remainder of the fleet will compete for the prestigious Silver Jubilee Cup, claimed last year by the Swan 115 Moat, which returns this year to defend her title. Also joining the celebration at the Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta is Bullitt, the Wally 93 owned by YCCS Commodore Andrea Recordati.
