Hall Spars appoints Andre Crawford as new General Manager

Hall Spars has announced the appointment of Andre Crawford as its new General Manager, effective 23 June 2025.

Based in Breskens, the Netherlands, Hall Spars is part of the North Technology Group (NTG) and is celebrated globally for its innovative carbon mast and boom solutions. Crawford steps into the role with a clear mission to reinforce the brand’s commitment to quality, comfort and performance.

“I’m excited to lead a team so committed to excellence and to help support sailors of all kinds, from cruisers, to racers, to somewhere in between, with beautifully built, smart, practical solutions,” commented Andre Crawford.

Crawford brings with him nearly 20 years of engineering and leadership experience, with a career that began at Southern Spars, Hall Spars’ sister company. His expertise spans advanced composites, manufacturing process optimisation and team management, including senior roles in mast and rig production and a role in management with the UK Ministry of Defence.
