70m+ private/charter MY seeking an experienced Lead Service Stewardess to join ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mature and hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, thrives in a guest-facing environment, and understands that exceptional service goes hand in hand with maintaining immaculate service areas.

The role: • Lead the service department while setting the standard through a hands-on approach • Deliver exceptional service during owner trips and charters • Ensure service pantries and guest-facing areas are always maintained to the highest standard • Support and mentor junior members of the interior team, helping them develop their skills and confidence • Take the lead in creating memorable guest experiences, from children's activities to themed evenings and special events • Work closely alongside the Chief Stewardess to ensure smooth day-to-day interior operations • Private/charter program • B1/B2 Preferred • Start date: ASAP

What we're looking for: • Previous Lead Service Stewardess or strong Senior/2nd Stewardess experience on a similar-sized vessel • A genuine team player who values every aspect of the interior department, including housekeeping • Positive, mature, and professional with the ability to lead by example • Creative, organised, and confident planning guest activities and special events • Passionate about mentoring and supporting junior crew • Guest-focused with exceptional service standards • Hardworking, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile • Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements • All standard yachting certifications
