The Role: We’re looking for experienced Service Stew to join an established, upbeat interior team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Service and Lead Service to deliver seamless guest experiences during both private use and charter operations. This role suits someone calm under pressure, adaptable, and detail-driven - with a naturally positive attitude and a polished approach to guest interaction.

The Yacht: A prestigious 110 m+ dual-season private / charter yacht, run with a strong focus on professionalism, warmth, and five-star service. The vessel operates a busy itinerary between the Mediterranean and Caribbean, with long-standing senior crew and owners who value consistency, discretion, and genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities include: Full guest service during trips and charters (table service, bar, wine, events) Supporting daily service setups and turnarounds Assisting with crew mess, inventories, and general interior duties when guests are off Maintaining all interior spaces to the highest standard Working collaboratively within a young, motivated team.

You’ll Need:

• 18–24 months minimum yachting experience in service (charter preferred)
• Strong service background and confident guest interaction
• Excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and presentation
• Discreet, proactive, and professional demeanour
• All mandatory STCW certificates + ENG1 in date
• Food Safety Level 2, PDSD, Crowd Management, and Crisis Management certs
• Valid B1/B2 visa and Schengen (if applicable)
• Proof of COVID vaccination.
