Rotational (3:1) STEW required on 50m+ motor yacht in Costa Rica.

YOA is a big worldwide team of former Captains and HODs dedicated to improving superyacht recruitment using evolving technology and strong one on one relationships with clients and crew. Experience a new type of service by contacting the friendly team today.

An exciting opportunity for a Rotational Stew (3:1) to join a 50m+ private M/Y. Vessel will be cruising parts of Central/South America for fishing, surfing and diving expeditions. For this reason candidates who are experienced with surf, diving, sailing or fishing will be prioritised. The position will ideally start asap but will wait for the right person.

Professionally run program with great captains and excellent crew dynamics. They run with a strong interior team of 3 who rotate through all areas of the interior. The ideal candidate will ideally have at least 1 season (6 months) of experience on a 40m+ vessel as Stew. Salary: $DOE Leave: 3:1 rotation / flights / medical / discretionary bonus / training package Start: ASAP in Central America but will wait for the right person.
