SOLE CHEF required on 60m+ sail yacht in the UK.

A 60m+ sailing vessel is looking for a well experience and capable CHEF to join their team, during their remote cruising itinerary around Northern Europe. You must feel comfortable and at ease not only cooking for large number of guests and crew, but also experienced enough to provision and deliver to high standards whilst travelling off the beaten track.

This opportunity has the chance to become permanent for the right candidate. With an even more exciting itinerary planned for the following years, a side from racing some of the most exciting regattas. We are really looking for someone who can cook a diverse range of light healthy meals and has a good understanding of vegetarian options. Owners can be adventurous with their cuisine at times but mostly more seafood based than meat. Good galley layout and distribution, equipped for long offshore passages. Cayman Island flag, full medical insurance, private.
