We are looking for a well rounded CHEF to join this dynamic program, for a modern sailing sloop, ranging the 40mt+ range. The ideal candidate is someone who will slot into the team and happy to work closely with the Stewardess both during boss on and off. The yacht is dual season, with a private program and odd regattas from time to time. Planning to depart for the Atlantic crossing around the end of October and returning for summer to the Mediterranean with some potential charters aligned.

This vessel requires a chef who is good with food management and limits waste, with culinary training and at least one year on yachts but must have a professional restaurant background.
