Vessel Details:

・An 85m+ private motor yacht is currently seeking a Junior Stewardess to join the vessel at the end of August. ・Operating an incredible world-cruising programme, the yacht is currently exploring Alaska before continuing to Costa Rica, the Galápagos Islands, and South America. ・This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded programme that offers genuine career progression, a professional crew environment, and the chance to visit some of the world’s most spectacular cruising destinations.

Position Overview:

・This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated Junior Stewardess looking to build a long-term career onboard larger yachts. ・The successful candidate will rotate throughout the interior department, gaining valuable experience across housekeeping, laundry, and service whilst working alongside an experienced and supportive team. ・The yacht is looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the enthusiasm to contribute wherever required.

Requirements:

・Candidates should have at least one full season of previous yachting experience or come from a strong luxury hospitality background with onboard experience. ・A proactive attitude, excellent work ethic, and the ability to work well within a large multinational crew are essential. ・A valid B1/B2 visa must already be in hand. ・The package includes an -industry-standard salary per month in Euro, a rotational leave package (TBC), a 13th-month bonus, annual performance-based salary reviews, paid travel, and the opportunity to join one of the industry’s most exciting world-travelling private yacht programmes. ・Start date: End of August.
