We are seeking an experienced Deckhand to join an 80m+ Private Motor Yacht — a brand-new vessel just launched and preparing for a Caribbean season.

Requirements: Minimum 1–2 seasons experience (1–2 years preferred) on vessels 50m+ Yacht Rating Certificate minimum, Yachtmaster highly preferred Strong tender driving skills and confident deck maintenance knowledge B1/B2 visa essential (please only apply if in hand) Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mentality

Start: ASAP or within 2–3 weeks max Package: Competitive salary DOE, 5:1 rotation (60 days leave) 2 x flights per year, professionally run program.
