Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

・Title: TEMPORARY DECKHAND for a 55m private and charter motor yacht. ・Employment Type: Temporary (approx. 2 months). ・Salary: DOE in EURO. ・Location: Mediterranean.

Vessel Details:

・A 55m private and charter motor yacht is currently seeking a Temporary Deckhand to join the crew ASAP for an initial two-month contract. ・The yacht operates an active Mediterranean programme, combining private use with a busy charter schedule, and offers an excellent opportunity to gain further experience within a professional and well-established deck team.

Role Overview:

・This is a hands-on temporary position suited to an experienced Deckhand who is confident stepping into a busy programme with minimal handover. ・The successful candidate will be involved in all day-to-day deck operations, including maintenance, washdowns, mooring, tender operations, and supporting guest activities throughout both private trips and charters. ・This role would suit someone who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of making an immediate contribution to the team.

Requirements:

・Candidates should have 1 - 2 full seasons of previous yachting experience and be confident working onboard a busy private and charter motor yacht. ・The yacht is looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. ・You should hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand, and candidates already located within the Mediterranean will be strongly preferred. ・The package includes an industry-standard salary (DOE), and equal share of charter tips. ・Start date: ASAP.
