We are looking for a DECKHAND to join a 40m+ sailing yacht, planning on doing a brief yard period in Villanova before departing for its Atlantic crossing back to the USA late September. Followed by some East Coast cruising before heading down islands to the Caribbean for a Christmas trip and remaining of the winter season.

Ideally searching for a candidate who is willing to commit, show ambition and with a good can do attitude. The deck team is formed by 2 crew members, mate & deckhand, therefore there will be lots of learning and working alongside the first mate. Driven by a tight knitted crew, who have long standing longevity onboard this is a great private program to be part of. With a lovely owner to work for, who provides a nice and relaxed dynamic on his vessel, with mostly repetitive sets of guests bringing a family atmosphere at all times.

This programs offers good annual increases and longevity bonuses, so do not be discouraged by the little leave package on offer!
