・Title: CHIEF STEWARDESS for a 65m+ private and charter motor yacht. ・Employment Type: Temporary (3 months). ・Salary: $10,000 - $12,000 per month (DOE). ・Location: South of France.

Vessel Details:

・A 65m charter motor yacht is currently seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join the vessel on a three month temporary contract with the view of turning permanent (time-for-time rotation) in the future. ・Currently based in the South of France/Monaco area, the yacht operates an exciting dual-season charter programme, offering a varied itinerary and the opportunity to work alongside a professional, guest-focused crew. ・This is an excellent opportunity to take the lead of a well-established interior department onboard a busy charter yacht that prides itself on delivering exceptional service while maintaining a positive and supportive crew culture.

Role Overview:

・The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the interior operation, leading and mentoring the interior team while ensuring the highest standards across service, housekeeping, laundry, inventories, guest experiences, and interior administration. ・This role requires someone who is highly organised, confident managing a team, and capable of maintaining calm, professional leadership throughout a busy charter season.

Requirements:

・Candidates should have previous experience working as a Chief Stewardess onboard a similar-sized charter motor yacht and possess strong leadership and organisational skills. ・This role is to start as a three month contract with the view of turning into a time-for-time rotational role. ・A thorough understanding of all areas of the interior, excellent guest interaction, and the ability to motivate and develop an interior team are essential. ・The package includes a salary of $10,000 - $12,000 per month (DOE), and the opportunity to join an exciting dual-season charter programme. ・Start date: ASAP!
