ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEW 100M+

We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Chief Stewardess to join a prestigious 100m+ private new build yacht. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader with a strong team mentality to oversee an interior team of 10.

You’ll be working alongside fellow Chief Stewardesses in a collaborative environment, leading by example with a no-ego, professional approach. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, calm under pressure, and have a proven track record on large yachts.

Requirements:

• Experience as Chief Stewardess on 75m+ OR HOS/HOH on 90m+ managing 7+ stews
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on management style with a focus on mentorship and teamwork
• Solid background in service, housekeeping, laundry, events, inventory, and budgeting
