Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

・Title: CHIEF OFFICER for a 58m private motor yacht. ・Employment Type: Permanent. ・Salary: Fantastic salary on offer TBC with Captain. ・Location: US/Med.

Vessel Details:

・58 metre private motor yacht currently in the US is searching for a seasoned Chief Officer to start for the middle of January 2026! ・Long-term private ownership with a strong focus on safety, structure, and professional standards. Plans to go charter after two years. ・Full-time, permanent position on offer for the right crew member with an incredible itinerary planned for 2026. More details to be discussed at interview stages.

Role Overview:

・Supporting and assisting the Captain with operational procedures, safety systems, and deck operations from day one. ・Overseeing navigation standards, mentoring the deck team, and contributing to a strong onboard safety culture. ・You must be experienced in bridgework, compliance and crew management.

Requirements:

・Chief Mate 3000 ticket in hand. ・Must hold a valid B1/B2 visa in hand. ・Strong leadership and navigational competence. ・Excellent verifiable references. ・Start date: Mid-January, 2026.
