Chase boat Captain

Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

・Title: CHASE BOAT CAPTAIN for a 40m private sailing yacht. ・Employment Type: Permanent, with a standard MLC contract. ・Salary: TBC with Captain. ・Location: Mediterranean.

Vessel Details:

・Dual season, private 40m sailing yacht is currently searching for a permanent Chase Boat Captain to operate a brand new Wajer 38s with a start set for ASAP in the Med. ・The vessel is currently located in the Mediterranean and will be cruising the the SoF and Sardinia region throughout the Summer season with an exciting itinerary planned. The yacht will spend its Winters in St Barths. ・This position is open to females only DTCA.

Position Details:

・The ideal candidate will be someone who has proven experience as a Chase Boat Captain onboard vessels of similar size or larger. ・You will need to be confident in managing the chase boat and operating it on a daily basis. You must be confident in manoeuvring, operation and maintenance. Experience with Wajer is preferred but not essential. ・Accommodation will be provided onboard the main yacht as well as onshore when required if the yacht is away for extended periods for regattas etc.

Requirements:

・A valid Schengen visa/European passport is required for this role. ・Must have proven chase boat experience. ・Must have excellent verifiable references and all relevant certificates in hand. ・Start date: ASAP!
