We are seeking an experienced and professional Captain to join our team at the prestigious Porto Montenegro Marina, nestled in the stunning Boka Bay, Montenegro.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently navigate and operate vessels within the marina and surrounding waters of Boka Bay. Provide exceptional service to our discerning clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Oversee and manage all aspects of yacht handling, docking, and maintenance. Lead and supervise the crew, ensuring high standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Captain, with relevant certifications and licenses. In-depth knowledge of maritime safety regulations and best practices. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus). A passion for providing exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.
