Captain

PMR Recruitment are searching for an experienced Captain for a 35M charter motor yacht permanently based in Greece. The position is set to start around the 1st of July. The yacht runs a demanding, back-to-back charter schedule, so we’re looking for a hands-on Captain who can hit the ground running. You must have strong charter experience, proven crew management skills, and the ability to maintain high standards under pressure. The crew consists of seven members, a mix of nationalities including Greek, and the ideal candidate will be confident leading an established team. Please note: only candidates who hold Greek residency can be considered for this role, as the vessel is based and operates exclusively within Greek waters. The yacht is Malta-flagged and offers a permanent position with salary dependent on experience.
