Calling seasoned sailors & driven yacht crew! A PRIVATE 50m+ SAILING Yacht in Australia is looking for a Bosun/Lead Deckhand to join their deck team!

World-cruising program offering a mix of boss trips, mile-stacking passages, and shipyard periods.

What we're looking for:

• STRONG sailing background backed by skills and knowledge.
• A career-driven EXPERIENCED Deckhand ready to step up, or a Bosun looking to join a supportive crew.
• Seasoned Deck Crew with experience onboard similar sized yachts.
• Confidence, competence in general deck duties and routine maintenance, and organisation skills.
• Yachtmaster Offshore and other relevant tickets will be favoured.

Start date: Early December / ASAP Location: NZ Salary: Up to 4000 EUROS Monthly (DOE) PLUS bonuses & ongoing training support/budget Leave: Minimum 30 days leave plus accrued leave.
