BOSUN – 100M MY (NEW BUILD)

We are seeking a Bosun to join a 100m private MY mid-October. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting new build launching in September, with kind and involved owners who truly value their crew.

The yacht offers a world cruising itinerary, starting in the Caribbean and going further afield at the beginning of 2026.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bosun on a similar size vessel
• Yachtmaster Offshore - essential
• PWC Instructor - preferred
• B1/B2 visa preferred; open to candidates without.
• Schengen visa if required.
• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

Package:

• Salary: $6,000 USD (DOE)
• Leave: 2:2 rotation
• Discretionary annual training allowance
• Discretionary bonus scheme
