Bosun

Overview: Our client is seeking a career-minded Bosun to lead a deck team of 4. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and hands-on leader who is actively working through modules towards their OOW and thrives in a structured, high-standard environment.

Requirements:

• Calm, in-control leader with strong team management skills
• Proven longevity and solid references from previous vessels of similar size
• Advanced experience in paint, varnishing, and exterior maintenance
• Confident managing large deck operations (2 tenders, 4 jet skis, extensive deck space)
• Watersports experience is essential
• Actively working through OOW modules and committed to a long-term yachting career
• B1/B2 visa advantageous
• Active, physically fit and healthy
