Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

・Title: SECOND STEWARDESS for a 30m private motor yacht. ・Employment Type: Permanent. ・Salary: Strong salary on offer. ・Location: Mediterranean.

Vessel Details:

・A 30m private motor yacht is currently seeking a Second Stewardess to join the vessel from around 8th September, ideally in Palma or Greece. ・The yacht has an exciting long-term programme ahead, with the remainder of the current season in the Mediterranean followed by a winter in Europe, with the exact location still to be confirmed. The yacht will then complete a full Mediterranean season in 2027 before being shipped to the USA for an extended programme exploring the Bahamas and surrounding cruising grounds. ・The owners are a large and active family who enjoy diving, water-sports and exploring destinations forming a big part of the programme.

Position Overview:

・This is an all-round Second Stewardess position requiring someone comfortable working across all areas of the interior and maintaining consistently high standards throughout guest trips. ・The successful candidate should have a keen eye for detail and an efficient working style, with the ability to communicate openly and effectively with both the senior crew and wider team. ・The yacht is looking for someone professional yet bubbly, personable and naturally comfortable around a family environment. A positive attitude and willingness to get involved are particularly important onboard. ・This is a small crew, so the Second Stewardess should be multifaceted in their approach and happy to assist outside their immediate departmental responsibilities when required.

Requirements:

・Candidates should ideally have completed at least one full season in yachting, with a good understanding of all-round interior operations. ・A diving background is highly desirable, ideally holding a Divemaster qualification, although experienced and active recreational divers will also be considered. ・The package includes a strong salary, permanent contract, a 13th-month bonus, full medical cover and worldwide flights for the right candidate. ・You must hold a valid Schengen visa/European passport in hand for this role. ・Start date: Ideally 8th September in Palma or Greece.
