Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

・Title: SECOND STEWARDESS for a 36m private motor yacht. ・Employment Type: Permanent. ・Salary: Very strong salary on offer (in USD). ・Location: US.

Vessel Details:

・A 36m private motor yacht is currently seeking a Second Stewardess to join the vessel for the 2nd of September in the US! ・This is a purely private programme operating between West Palm Beach, the Bahamas, Southern Caribbean and the Hamptons, with a mixture of local day trips and longer family holidays. ・The yacht runs with 5 crew, including a two-person interior team consisting of the Chief Stewardess and Second Stewardess. The owners are an active family with children and are looking to establish a strong, long-term crew around their new yacht.

Position Overview:

・This is an excellent opportunity for a relatively junior Stewardess who already has a good foundation in yachting and is ready to continue developing within a small interior team. ・Working directly alongside an experienced Chief Stewardess, the successful candidate will assist across service, housekeeping, laundry and general interior duties, gaining plenty of hands-on experience and responsibility along the way. ・The yacht is particularly interested in attitude and potential, and they are looking for someone switched-on, willing to learn and happy to take direction. With active owners and an equally active crew, the position would particularly suit someone sporty, sociable and professional who enjoys being part of a close-knit team.

Requirements:

・You must have at least one year’s previous yachting experience, although strong transferable skills and overall suitability will also be taken into consideration. ・A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work closely with the Chief Stewardess are essential. ・A valid B1/B2 visa must already be in hand. ・The position offers a competitive salary DOE, together with a 13th-month bonus.
