2nd Officer

Seven Seas Recruitment is currently recruiting for the following position:

・Title: SECOND OFFICER for a 50m+ private and charter yacht. ・Employment Type: Permanent. ・Salary: Fantastic salary on offer + charter tips (EURO). ・Location: Mediterranean.

Vessel Details:

・Single season, 50m+ heavy charter yacht is currently searching for a permanent Second Officer to start for the 25th of September (or ASAP) in the Med. ・The vessel operates an extremely exciting single season itinerary with a busy Mediterranean charter season. ・Fantastic multinational crew onboard who promote longevity.

Role Overview:

・The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous yachting experience in a similar role preferably as a Second Officer. Crew with charter experience will be preferred and you must be a career driven individual who is serious and passionate about what he does. ・You will need to have strong leadership skills and be able to hit the ground running as the yacht operates a busy charter schedule in the Med Summer. ・For this role, we are happy to accept newly qualified OOW 3000 ticket holders provided you have strong Bosun experience on similar sized yachts.

Requirements:

・A valid Schengen visa/European passport is required for this role. ・Must hold an OOW 3000 ticket in hand. ・Must have excellent verifiable references and all relevant certificates in hand. ・Start date: 25th of September (or ASAP).
