3rd ENGINEER (2nd MACCHINISTA) MSC Sorrento container fleet Salary: USD 5600 - 1st & 2nd contracts / EUR 6100 - 3rd contract if the evaluation is good Contract: 6 Months (+15/-30 days) Job Purpose: To ensure the efficiency and maintenance of all machinery inside and outside Engine Room spaces. To safely and professionally execute all duties related to the operation of the engine department. Position Requirements: • At least 2 years of successful experience at sea as 3rd Engineer (Container vessels) • ME type Main Engines experience (11800 kW or more) • CoC Reg. III/1 • High Voltage & Leadership and Teamwork certificates • USA visa C1/D • Ability to read, speak and write fluently in English • Flexibility and open-mindedness to be able to work in a multicultural environment
