• Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services • Perform facials and other skin care services based on the packages our customers choose • Upsell lotions, creams and other skin care products • Invite customers to return and offer coupons and other perks to incentivize our clientele • Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings • Train new estheticians as they join our staff • Provide skin care consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas
